We founded Manifest Capital in 2024 with a combined 20 years of real estate experience. Our focuses are in the multi-family and self-storage verticals – two foundational and growing areas of the market.
Our mission is to identify undervalued assets in middle-tier markets, specifically in the Midwest and Southeastern U.S. A well-defined tactical playbook enables us to find properties that are underperforming so we can add value quickly by improving operations and increasing revenues.
We’re leveraging today’s challenged interest rate environment to find creative ways to give sellers liquidity, and capitalizing on a tight Buyer’s market to identify A+ opportunities.

Mik Webber has 10+ years of asset acquisition, management, and disposition experience. He has a broad range of expertise in property management, handling portfolios as small as 1-2 units up to 600+ unit multi-owner portfolios across the Southeastern U.S. He’s also brings a wealth of knowledge as a licensed real estate agent in evaluation and due diligence on individual property acquisitions.
Adam Salomone has almost a decade of property management experience through Salomone & Company, his family real estate business. He manages a portfolio of $25 million across 150 apartments and 8 buildings in the New York Metro market. His real estate experience touches on major aspects of acquisition, tenant development, property management, sale and disposition, as well as commercial and retail leasing.
